[Q] What does Juhong Packaging specialize in?

[A] We are a professional, direct-to-factory manufacturer of high-end zinc alloy (Zamak) perfume caps with over 20 years of hardware experience. All processes—including tooling, die-casting, polishing, electroplating, and assembly—are completed 100% in-house to ensure luxury-grade quality and strict lead times.

[Q] Do you also produce other packaging materials besides zinc alloy?

[A] Yes! We provide full-set fragrance packaging solutions. Beyond Zamak caps, we supply plastic inner caps, wooden caps, resin caps, premium glass bottles, pumps/sprayers, and custom packaging boxes.

2. Customization, Design & Tooling

[Q] Can I customize my own bespoke cap design?

[A] Absolutely. We support full customization from scratch based on your technical drawings, 3D files, or physical samples. Our in-house engineering team can also assist with initial concept development.

[Q] What is your mold fee policy?

[A] For custom zinc alloy caps (excluding the plastic inner plug mold):

  • FREE MOLD: Waived entirely once cumulative orders exceed 10,000 pcs.

  • Standard Custom Mold: Starts from USD 300 for new bespoke designs.

[Q] Can I simply add my custom logo to an existing factory model?

[A] Yes, this is a highly cost-effective way to launch your brand. You can add your logo to any of our standard designs for a mold fee of only USD 100, with a low MOQ of 1,000 pcs.

[Q] What logo craftsmanship and effects do you support?

[A] We support Engraving , Embossing, and High-Precision Laser . Our embossed logos are meticulously finished to be perfectly rounded and smooth, delivering a luxury tactile experience.

[Q] Can a single Zamak cap be electroplated in two different colors?

[A] Due to plating technical limitations, a single solid metal component can only be electroplated in one color. To achieve a dual-color effect, we design the cap to be disassembled into multiple structural parts, plate them separately, and then precisely reassemble them.

3. MOQ & Order Flexibility

[Q] What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

  • Standard / Existing Molds: 1,000 pcs per design.

  • Fully Customized Designs: 3,000 pcs per design.

[Q] Can I order mixed colors or different models in a single shipment?

[A] Yes, we welcome combined shipments of various styles or plating finishes, provided that each specific design meets its respective baseline MOQ requirement.

4. Risk-Free Samples & Prototyping

[Q] Can you provide product samples, and what is the cost?

[A] Yes. We provide up to 5 pcs of existing samples for FREE. The customer only covers a flat USD 30 shipping fee.

[Q] How long does it take to prepare a sample?

[A] The typical sampling lead time is 10–15 days after design confirmation.

[Q] Can I see a prototype before investing in a steel mold?

[A] Yes, we support FREE 3D-printed prototypes for structural, fitment, and dimension checking before you commit to physical tooling.

[Q] Can I match a specific color for my brand?

[A] Yes, our electroplating and coating workshop can develop custom color samples according to your Pantone code or physical reference color.

5. Production & Urgent Orders

[Q] What is your standard lead time for mass production?

[A] Our standard production cycle is 30–35 days following sample approval.

[Q] Do you accept urgent or rush orders?

[A] Yes. Because we operate an entirely autonomous factory with flexible scheduling, we can compress the turnaround time down to 20–25 days for urgent orders to secure your launch timeline.

6. Global Logistics & Shipping

[Q] What international shipping methods do you provide?

[A] We provide fully integrated logistics, supporting Express (Courier), Air Freight, Trucking, Railway, and Sea Shipping.

[Q] Do you offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping?

[A] Yes, we offer comprehensive DDP shipping. We handle all export/import customs clearance, duties, and taxes, delivering directly to your door for a hassle-free purchasing experience.

[Q] Can I arrange shipment through my own freight forwarder?

[A] Absolutely. You are welcome to use your own shipping account or coordinate directly with your preferred freight forwarder.

7. Payment Terms & Billing

[Q] What are your standard payment terms?

[A] Our standard terms are a 30% advance deposit to initiate production, and the remaining 70% balance settled before shipment.

[Q] What payment methods and currencies do you accept?

[A] We accept T/T (Bank Transfer) in USD or EUR. For your convenience, we hold a reliable European bank account to ensure faster, low-cost Euro transfers. We also fully support transactions via Alibaba Trade Assurance.

[Q] Can I combine multiple separate orders into a single commercial invoice?

[A] Yes, we can consolidate multiple orders or values into a single commercial invoice to streamline your customs declaration or internal accounting processes. Please notify us of this requirement in advance.

8. Quality Control & After-Sales Guarantee

[Q] How do you guarantee the quality of the perfume caps?

[A] Quality is our lifeline. We enforce a strict 100% manual surface inspection on every single cap. Our advanced electroplating layer is engineered to be highly resistant to both alcohol and friction, ensuring luxury-grade durability.

[Q] What is your factory's maximum defect rate?

[A] Through rigorous all-stage quality management, we strictly maintain our actual manufacturing defect rate below 2%.

[Q] What happens if I receive items with manufacturing defects?

[A] We take full, transparent responsibility for our manufacturing. Upon verification of any manufacturing defects, we will remake the items or provide financial compensation in your next order batch.

9. Mold Lifespan & Reorders

[Q] How long do you keep custom molds in storage?

[A] We maintain and store your molds permanently in our secure mold room for all future reorders. There is never an additional maintenance or reuse fee.

[Q] Can I reuse my custom logo mold for a completely different cap design?

[A] Yes, depending on structural compatibility. Our engineering team can review the dimensions to see if your existing logo insert can be seamlessly adapted to a new cap body, saving you additional tooling costs.

10. After-Sales, Support & Factory Visits

[Q] Who should I contact if an issue arises after delivery?

[A] You can contact your dedicated project manager directly. Our team will investigate immediately and provide a clear, fair solution within 24 hours.

[Q] Can we visit your production facility?

[A] We warmly welcome clients, brand owners, and third-party inspectors to visit our factory in person. We would be proud to provide a full tour of our production lines, from tooling workshops to the packing floors.
